Verification and account safety

SeatDraw has adopted an AML, counter-terrorist financing and sanctions policy effective September 25, 2026. This notice explains the customer-facing requirements for paid features. Wallet funding, paid packs and identity verification are not live on seatdraw.com yet; what this page says about them describes how they work once they go live. We complete implementation, staffing, training and testing before opening paid sales.
Checks before paid access
Before you fund a wallet or make your first paid pack purchase, you must pass identity, age and eligibility verification and sanctions and politically exposed person screening, once per account. A possible list match or a check that cannot be decided automatically goes to a manual review, and your wallet cannot be funded while that review is open. Additional checks may apply to changes to your account. Email verification alone is not identity verification.
Providers
Footprint verifies identity (KYC) and runs sanctions, politically exposed person and adverse-media screening for us, and keeps screening while your account is open. Coinflow processes card payments, including wallet top-ups. nSure screens card payments for fraud on Coinflow’s behalf. Each provider presents its own notice where it collects your information, and our Privacy notice says what each one sees.
Ongoing reviews
Our policy requires ongoing sanctions and politically exposed person screening, risk-based customer reviews and monitoring for unusual payment and sell-back activity. An alert requires review; it is not by itself a finding that a customer did anything unlawful. We may request proportionate additional information through a secure channel.
Balances and restrictions
We plan for Coinflow to hold unused customer balances separately from our operating funds. The account structure is still pending confirmation; this notice does not attest to an FBO account or deposit insurance. Funds you added by card and have not spent can be sent back to the card you paid with, as our Refund Policy describes; the card fees you paid when you added them are not refunded. Withdrawals are not available yet: for now, pack credit and any added funds you keep are spent on packs.
Affected transactions may be restricted for a documented verification, security or legal reason. We review restrictions promptly, preserve customer entitlements and apply lawful refund and release procedures. Mandatory restrictions on prohibited transfers remain applicable.
Privacy and help
Access to verification and transaction records is restricted and subject to applicable retention and privacy requirements. We do not request identity documents through support email. Read our Privacy notice and contact support@seatdraw.com for account or verification questions.
