What we collect

When you ask for first drop access on a game page, we keep your email address, home zip code, whether you would go, the game, pack size and price you saw. When visitor analytics is enabled, a visitor identifier can link your visit to this signup.

As you browse, our hosting provider records pages viewed and basic device information for site analytics. Your approximate location is derived from your network address to apply state restrictions. One cookie keeps your price group consistent between visits; pack prices can still change with the market. There are no advertising cookies.

How we use it

To email you when the drop for that game opens, to plan the size of the first drops, and to run and improve the site. We do not sell your information and we do not run advertising.

Who else sees it

The providers that run the site on our behalf: hosting and analytics (Vercel) and the database (Neon), and, once drops open, the email service that sends your notice, the payment processor that takes your card, and the ticketing platform that delivers your seats. Each sees only what its job needs.

Your choices

Email support@seatdraw.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop the drop notices. We answer from the same address.

Age and location

SeatDraw is for adults 18 and over in the United States, and is not offered in every state.

Changes

We update this page as the product changes and note the date above. This notice will be expanded before drops open.
