Terms

Last updated October 21, 2026

SeatDraw, Inc. operates seatdraw.com. These terms govern use of our site, your account, your SeatDraw wallet and paid packs; a free reservation or demo is not a purchase or a reservation of specific tickets. Wallet funding, paid packs and identity verification are not live on seatdraw.com yet; what this page says about them describes how they work once they go live.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, meet any higher applicable age requirement, and be in a location where SeatDraw is offered: the 50 states and the District of Columbia, except Washington, Utah, Hawaii and Idaho. Wallet funding and paid packs are not yet available in Alabama, Mississippi or Nebraska. Use accurate account details and a payment method you are authorized to use. Before your first wallet top-up or paid pack, you must pass identity, age, location and sanctions screening with our verification provider, Footprint, once per account. Protect your account and contact us about unauthorized use.

What a pack provides

Each paid pack provides an entitlement to two tickets together for a qualifying event under the rules shown before payment. An Event Pack identifies one game. A Team Pack allocates one of the eligible regular-season home games disclosed for that pack. Ticket allocation is randomized under the disclosed rules; no paid pack has an empty outcome. Exact seats are confirmed through fulfillment.

Before payment, we disclose the eligible events, the seat criteria, how many seat options the pool for your purchase holds for each game, the allocation rule, the purchase price and the delivery commitment. The allocation rule is published on our How packs work page: the pool for your purchase is set when your checkout price is prepared, as the cheaper half of the qualifying listings for the pack’s games after options held by other orders and listings whose seats we could not get or deliver for an earlier order are left out. When your payment is confirmed, one option is drawn at random from that pool’s options not held by another order at that time. Once we record a game as canceled, its options are left out of the draw, and once we record that we could not get or deliver a listing’s seats for an earlier order, that listing is left out of the draw too, even after that order is refunded. Each remaining option counts once. A free reservation, preview price or demonstration does not lock a price, assign seats or create a paid entitlement.

Prices and payment

Pack prices can change as ticket markets update. The listed pack price includes all fees and taxes, with the final total shown before payment. If a price changes before you pay, you must accept the updated total before being charged. Your paid pack price will not increase afterward because the ticket market moves.

Packs are paid from your SeatDraw wallet. You add funds to the wallet by card through Coinflow, our payment processor. A wallet balance is not a bank account; how unused balances are held is set out on our Account safety page. When you add funds by card, card fees are added on top of the amount you add, and the card checkout shows the total, card fees included, before you pay. Your wallet gets the full amount you chose. Funds you added by card and have not spent can be sent back to the card you paid with, as our Refund Policy describes; the card fees you paid when you added them are not refunded. Pack credit is the amount you receive when you sell seats back, and it is not sent to a card. Withdrawals are not available yet: for now, pack credit and any added funds you keep are spent on packs.

Your seats and your 24-hour choice

Your seats are drawn the moment your payment is confirmed. The opening animation only shows that result: your result is already assigned, and tapping a card shows your seats. No tap, timing or skill changes the outcome.

From the moment of the draw you have 24 hours to choose: keep the tickets, or sell the seats back instantly for pack credit. The 24 hours run from the draw, not from when you open the pack, so opening the pack later leaves you less time. If you do not choose within 24 hours, you keep the tickets. You can buy your next pack after you choose, or once the 24 hours end.

On keeping the tickets, we acquire the supplier tickets and arrange digital delivery. After you keep them, we do not buy the tickets back, and waiting for delivery does not preserve the sell-back offer. Your rights for canceled or changed events, failed delivery or invalid tickets remain covered by our Refund Policy. It also explains the replacement seats we may offer if we can no longer buy the seats drawn for you.

On selling back, you surrender the entitlement for pack credit equal to 85% of the allocated ticket pair’s market value at the draw, and never more than the pair’s cost. The 85% applies to the pair value, not the pack price, and the credit is usually less than what you paid. The offer amount is shown with your seats and does not change with later market movements. Pack credit is added to your wallet, where you can spend it on packs. An interrupted opening does not forfeit your paid entitlement; the 24 hours keep running from the draw.

Ticket delivery and event changes

Pack sales close 72 hours before the event. After redemption, we transfer tickets digitally to your supported ticketing account, normally 24-48 hours before the event. Delivery before the event starts is guaranteed. If tickets are still pending in the final 24 hours, we notify you and keep you updated until delivery. Checkout collects your name, email address and phone number; before we transfer, we will ask you for the ticketing account the tickets go to, and tell you which platform. You must provide accurate recipient details and complete reasonable transfer steps.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It provides full affected-pack refunds for canceled games, failed, invalid or late tickets, and a choice to keep the tickets or receive a full refund for material rescheduling or an undated postponement. The 85% sell-back formula does not reduce those remedies.

Fair use and account restrictions

Do not use false identities, unauthorized payment methods, multiple accounts to evade restrictions, or the service for fraud or unlawful transfers. We may restrict affected activity while reviewing a documented security, identity or legal issue. Reviews must be proportionate and do not authorize confiscation or indefinite retention of customer funds. Mandatory legal restrictions and customer rights remain applicable.

Affiliation and event rules

SeatDraw is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, their teams, venues or ticketing platforms unless expressly stated. Names identify the events offered. Admission is subject to the venue's and organizer's valid rules, including transfer and entry requirements disclosed for your tickets.

Changes, remedies and contact

The terms disclosed and accepted for a purchase govern that purchase. We will publish material changes before they apply to new purchases; later changes will not remove an existing refund entitlement. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or lawful dispute and payment-card remedies.
