What is the difference between Event Packs and Team Packs?
With an Event Pack, you choose one event. A Team Pack is designed for two seats to a randomly selected remaining regular-season home game for your team.
How is the estimated price calculated?
It uses current ticket listings, the games and seats included in the pack, and estimated processing costs. The estimate can change with the market. Final prices and fees are not confirmed.
Does every game have the same chance?
No. In a Team Pack, higher-cost games have lower chances. The pack page shows each game’s calculated chance. Games without eligible listings have no chance of being included.
How will I receive my tickets?
Delivery details will be confirmed before paid packs become available. Browsing a pack does not reserve tickets.
Can I buy or open a pack now?
Not yet. You can explore teams, games, seat options and estimated prices while we prepare for launch.
Are seats together guaranteed yet?
The current listings still need seating and delivery confirmation. A pack cannot be offered for sale until those details are checked.
Which games are included in a Team Pack?
Confirmed remaining regular-season home games for that team. Preseason, postseason and away games are not part of a Team Pack.
