Questions

How is the pack price calculated?

It’s built from today’s ticket listings for the games and seats in the pack. The listed pack price includes all fees and taxes, with no fees added when you buy the pack. Adding funds to your wallet by card has card fees, included in the total the card checkout shows before you pay. Ticket prices move, so you’ll see the final price before you pay.

Which game will my Team Pack be for?

One of your team’s remaining regular-season home games, drawn when your payment is confirmed. Each seat option left in the draw counts once, so a game with more seat options is picked more often.

How will I receive my tickets?

After redemption, we transfer tickets digitally to your supported ticketing account, normally 24-48 hours before the event. Delivery before the event starts is guaranteed. If tickets are still pending in the final 24 hours, we notify you and keep you updated until delivery. Our Refund Policy covers failed, invalid or late tickets.

Will my two seats be together?

Every pack is 2 seats together.

Which games are included in a Team Pack?

Your team’s remaining regular-season home games with a set date. Preseason, postseason and away games are not part of a Team Pack.

What happens after I open a paid pack?

Your seats are drawn the moment your payment is confirmed. From then you have 24 hours to keep the tickets or sell the seats back instantly for pack credit equal to 85% of the allocated pair’s market value, not the pack price, and never more than the pair’s cost. If you don’t decide, you keep the tickets. You can spend pack credit on packs; withdrawals aren’t available yet. Funds you added by card are different: what you haven’t spent can go back to the card you paid with, but the card fees you paid when you added them aren’t refunded.

What if my game is canceled or rescheduled?

We refund the full affected-pack price for a canceled game or failed, invalid or late tickets. For a materially rescheduled game or an undated postponement, you can keep the tickets or receive a full refund. Mandatory fees and collected taxes are included. If your game is canceled after you sold the seats back for less than you paid, we take back up to the credit you were granted from your available pack credit and refund what you paid, less any of that credit we couldn’t take back, the way you paid. If your sell-back credit was at or above what you paid, you keep it and there’s no refund.

How are my seats chosen?

Your purchase has a pool of real listings, set when your checkout price is prepared: options held by other orders and listings whose seats we couldn’t get or deliver for an earlier order are left out, then the cheaper half of the rest is taken. The checkout shows that pool. When your payment is confirmed, one option is drawn from that pool’s options not held by another order at that time. Once we record a game as canceled, its options are left out of the draw, and once we record that we couldn’t get or deliver a listing’s seats for an earlier order, that listing is left out of the draw too, even after that order is refunded. Each remaining option counts once. The pack page shows the cheaper half of current listings by level, leaving out options held by other orders, and its counts can differ from your purchase’s pool. Nothing you do on the page changes the result.
